Is Outsourced Telemarketing Services Still Viable in This Trying Times?

Is outsourcing our telemarketing services good or bad for business? It depends on what side of the equation you are. But in general, while this is a serious issue for large, multinational firms with tax breaks from the government, small or medium sized companies see outsourced telemarketing as a business necessity. Think about it. Telemarketing is not just about selling on the phone. Telemarketers are also needed for other tasks like market surveys, lead generation, and appointment setting services. These are not the type of work that these firms are willing to pay $20 per hour for American workers. Besides, these are temporary work. If it was your company, and you know that you need market information fast, but do not have enough budget for a it, would you not be enticed to try outsourcing the job to a reputable telemarketing company?

That is a good question that each and every one of use should seriously consider.
